The Al Qatara master plan is proposed as a new urban center between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The proposal includes residential, commercial and hospitality components along with generous park land areas and major new stadiums. The project also includes a China Town district and several iconic tower building. The master plan includes a proposal for a high speed railway station the connects the new city to the rest of the UAE.
